	Field level - Fielded Indexing
	If you store your documents in digital or film form you must be able to retrieve them without searching manually. By providing you with a highly customized set of databases or searchable forms, Annapolis Technologies can index your paper, image, or microfilm/fiche documents for quick access to important information. If electronic capture of your data is not accurate enough we offer fielded data entry which can be delivered in a standard database or ASC II text format. Annapolis Technologies uses a system of "Double Key Indexing" to ensure the highest level of accuracy in the data captured. We have strict quality control procedures to track and correct the variety of errors that may occur in data entry. Our proven and time-tested data validations will ensure the highest standards of accuracy.
	Full text - Data Entry / OCR Cleanup
	We capture data and digitize it for electronic use, storage and retrieval. When the highest possible levels of accuracy are critical, we offer OCR (Optical Character Recognition) with cleanup and data entry services. The OCR cleanup process identifies suspect OCR characters and forwards them to a data entry operator for human verification of the character. If your documents are handwritten or have deteriorated considerably, OCR with cleanup may not be practical. In these cases, Annapolis Technologies offers "Double Key" manual data entry. Data is simultaneously entered by two operators and validated by a third for the highest possible standard of accuracy.
	Document level - Document Coding
